Vumatel. (Increases prices and then give poor service)

Reading all these comments. It's a joke. Vumatel really believes they are that good. I've been with cool ideas and Mitchell's fibre for 3yrs. Paying R389.no problems... Without any notice I need to pay R429, because vumatel has taken over Mitchell's fibre. Since then I've been having such ****ty connection. Interrupted connection. It's been horrible. And with all the negative comments they should just quit. Last sunday the wifi was off all day and I rely on it for work. Yet no1 bothered to even notify me. I actually hate that I'm now with this vumatel. Vumatel vumatelif you have any respect for your customers. You would look into it. I'm probably not going to hear back from them because they dont give 2 shots. As long as they getting our money. Pathectic
