VUMATEL *********** - CONSTANT INTERNET PROBLEMS

I reside at 45 Selbourne Road, Maroeladal, Johannesburg North. We have a 50MBPS fibre line through COOL IDEAS ISP with the infrastructure in the area through VUMATEL. I have never been more unimpressed with a Fiber provider among all the Fiber providers I have experienced! It's like Vumatel just doesn't care about its subscribers in this area. We have a minumum of 3 disconnections a month where we are left without internet due to a Vumatel issue. I have attached the ticket log from Cool Ideas to indicate this. When you see the completely unprofessional workmanship that has gone into the installation of the fiber cable's it is no surprise that there are so many problems. Cable's are strung through tree's and cable tied to fences like a child who has tried to decorate his own party! Junction boxes just lie open and exposed on the side of the street! Is this the quality of product we should expect and accept from Vumatel?
