vumatel incompetency

i have been using Vuma wifi the longest time, in March they changed my wifi , i paid for the new activation, when 30 days passed it got suspended on 23 April, i tried paying it with the easypay number i always used it showed that the number is invalid i contacted the at 9am on the 23rd and only got response at 13:00 telling me that it has been deactivated and will be terminated so that i can get a new one, they sent me a new easypay number at 18:49 i made a payment immediately, up to now my service is still not activated and im chatting with agents who seemingly don't know their work. i am very unhappy with their service, it sucks
