VUMATEL INCOMPETENCE AND POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I paid for the vumatel Wi-Fi installation on the 6th of October 2020 to this day no one has come to install the WIFI(23/11/20), I enquire about my problem and everyday I'm being sent from one representative to the next the next. The representatives tell me that they will get back to me which they never do and when I call them they always say they taking the matter further !!!! The brand itself does not understand their own brand ethics and customer satisfaction is not their forte.
