Vumatel incompetence

This company has cancelled our line for the second time because they have the wrong address. A month ago we didn’t have services for 6 days and we are now at day 2 of no services where they say they can’t do anything until Monday. They did nothing to solve the problem in more than a month. In the meantime we are paying for services to Vox and they never say oh your services were off for a week pay a pro rata. No they want their money for poor service How *********** can a company be. Stay away
