Vumatel incompetence

I app**** for a fibre line via Vox telecom on black Friday 2023, the sales person who assisted me were excellent. But since the service have been handed over to Vumatel everything went down hill. At first my application was canceled because they said I already have a fibre line at this address , they didn't even use the correct address that I gave them and I have never been a client of them before. We have been in contact multiple times, spelling the address, sending screenshots from Google maps of my address, we sent Google maps coordinates and a Google maps pin link and still the *********** people at Vumatel are unable to find my address. After complaining on Vox telecom Facebook page and a lot of empty promises that we will be contacted before end of business, I would like to know which day of business since Today is the 31 December 2023 and I am still awaiting feedback. Funny how Web Africa, Vox Telecom, Cool ideas and MWEB can pick up my address on their systems but Vumatel can't, I need internet for work purposes from the 2nd January 2024. Hope Vumatel will be able to explain to bosses why work could not be done. Worst part is that even though I app**** for the black Friday special I had to give it up due to Vumatel's incompetence and no compensation has been offered for this inconvenience or lack of service.
