Vumatel incapable of installing fibre

Vumatel can simply not do their core business. They cannot install fibre! Disgusting conduct and disgraceful. service. Must have wasted 10 hours of my time. Now 23 days after installation i still dont have fibre. Do they actually have a qualified person working for them? Just a bunch of idiots following instructions on the phone from another clueless individual sitting at head office.
