Vumatel inability to install my router

I purchased the vumatel about two weeks ago and even today they haven’t installed it. I got the router last week and nothing has been done or said regarding the service that I paid for, all the do is say that my order is with other. How is it that I’ve paid for a service I’m not receiving??????? I have never been this frustrated cause I am still buying data while I’ve paid for a WiFi. Very unprofessional and their communication is poor cause why am I speaking to robots n not an actual person that will give me a solution rather than those automated responses. I regret the day I made that payment, want them to come fetch their router and pay back my money.
