Vumatel-if useless was a service provider

I am FED UP with the absolutely disgusting service I've been subjected to. Despite living in a SMALL house, there are DEAD ZONES everywhere, and your WiFi can't even manage to penetrate a few walls. I've lost count of the number of times I've requested help – multiple calls, multiple emails, and still NOTHING gets done.

The cherry on top? The "technicians" you sent had the audacity to blame the customer for the problem but couldn't explain what the problem was,Unbelievable. Their attitude was atrocious, and their "expertise"? Forget about it. Only after I took to Hello Peter did someone finally take notice, and guess what? The "fix" they app**** made things WORSE. The WiFi now doesn't work AT ALL.

And let's talk about communication – or the blatant lack thereof. Your team claims to have tried calling, but I've got ZERO missed calls from you guys. The last call I got was from the techs who couldn't even bother to confirm if the WiFi was working (spoiler: it wasn't).

Here's the deal: I WORK FROM HOME. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's costing me money, time, and sanity. I've had to relocate temporarily just to get work done, and I'm sick of it. Fix this NOW, or GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK so I can find a better service provider
