Vumatel Horrible Service

On the 05th of January 2022, I payed Vumatel for the network fiber to be connected, I have been getting a horrible service from this company, I still have not been connected and their contact centre agents are clueless and ***********.

I regret paying this company for the fiber network, and I know that getting a refund will also be a hussle. Very unprofessional and pathetic to say the least.
