Vumatel horrible service
Worst experience ever! NO ONE EVER bothers to actively resolve my concern, they keep on passing the bug to the ISP where in fact the issue lies with them. I have a tkt that has been opened and ONE seems to have a sense of urgency in resolving my query. I would not recommend Vumatel

I have had this issue since Thursday, prior to my area concern, No one has bothered to give an ACTUAL reason as to what is the problem and yet debit order went off well with the ISP Vumatel fails to resolve this issue.
