VUMATEL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ONLY 1 MONTH SIGNED WITH THEM CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS

VUMATEL is a horrible service provider, just sign with them in August 2020 1st month all went well till 2nd month September 2020, payment already been made but NO INTERNET, i have been send to pillar to pillar even their agent told me i made a payment agreement with MWEB i must keep on calling them until i get hold of them, my problem is MWEB land lines and emails are not working and all i want is to connect to INTERNET that i have already paid FOR. i went as far as speaking to managers , writing emails they say there is nothing they can do if MWEB lines are not working, my frustration now is who can HELP ME already 2 months and this is what i get, MONETY PAID INTO THEIR BANK
