Vumatel holds your fibre line hostage so you can't move ISP
Pathetic service from Vumatel! We cancelled our service with WebAfrica on 18 March with active cancellation date 1 May and have been trying since to get the line released to our new service provider. Despite numerous phone calls, e-mails and whatsapp messages we still have no feed-back. I will never recommend this company again!
