Vuma is a **** they hire *****sters to give false information customer misconduct,I paid for fibre a week ago an have not heard a word from them not even via email. I received a ref number from a guy called sly on *** they fire people who have signed up to search for new business then once the new client signs they **** you . I have been receiving calls texts all day, vuma does not respect code of conducts an are very unprofessional I have been calling call their contact center all day with no one luck .
I want vuma to understand that we work hard as south Africans you can just take my from us, then we must chase after you to deliver .
