Vumatel - Highly poor customer service and communication

I’ve been waiting for my OTP router to be provisioned since this morning. The agent who came through advised this would take 45 minutes to complete…5 hours later I’m still waiting. I’ve called the support line a number of times and till now no internet. Vumatel agents mislead their customers, terrible customer service and communication 👎
