VUMATEL Hiding behind Call Centres and Number options - Paid for my install and no-one knows what is going on

Sad to say I am not impressed. Approximately two weeks ago I ordered FTTH through Vumatel with a Cool Ideas Service, with the understanding that this was ordered. Last week I was asked to submit my order through Cool Ideas (STRIKE 1). So I duly ordered my FTTH Internet Service and paid my installation fee. Yesterday I duly get a note from Vumatel that they would like to install today at 12:30 with a click box to confirm - which I duly do. Get a message WOAH this is embarrassing - we seem to have encountered an error (wrong query parameters) Please try again later. I tried several times unsuccessfully. I wanted to ensure that I had confirmed so sent an email to BOTH Coll Ideas and Vumatel. Cool Ideas rep**** this morning and then radio silence. SO I called Vumatel at about 10:00 and was assured that the installation was still on. At 13:15 I called Vumatel again as the team had not arrived at 12:30 to be told they would email the installs team and they would call = RADIO SILENCE. I then get an SMS from Maruschka wanting to schedule install for tomorrow. I call her several times and eventually get a call back. She asks me who sent the SMS - ummmmmm. She did. I am now still waiting for a call back from her as she needed to speak to the co-ordinator (then what is she doing?). I am unable to escalate or speak to anyone. Cool Ideas says they have a 24 turnaround time for Vumatel to come back to them - WOW - so they can't get an update either. And here I sit - waiting........ and then when you go out of business because of POOR service to clients, you wonder what happens. We are living in the age of ultra communication. Please dial back the years when there were no cell phones or ease of comms and people arrived when they said they would OR they called you.
