Vumatel hero's fall from grace

<p>I was thrilled at the sign-up experience with Vumatel and that set my expectations for any interactions with them in the future. Unfortunately, I have experienced a problem on the line. I logged a call for days tried to follow up without any luck. The Hero's are not capable of following up on a reference number or put me through to a number that rings and then say the extension is not available.</p> <p>Very sad and hugely frustrated. </p>
