Vumatel help desk - Very Un-helpful

Shocking service and no assistance, just was happy to push me off. Spoke to Stephen Mooi this morning on *** @ 11:40 and did not get any assistance. Stephen was extremely un helpful. Is this the VUMATEL Culture?
