Vumatel has ZERO service levels for existing customers

I have a Vumatel line for about a year now. As of yesterday both my business and a neighbouring business have had no Vumatel connection. Enquiries to Vumatel indicate that it could take up to SEVENTY TWO hours to fix this problem. I run a small business here and I use VOIP technology for my phones. The neighbouring business is a security business which plays an important role in crime prevention. The real con with Vumatel is that when I ordered a fibre line they were here within 24 hours and now that I use their service it could take up to 72 hours to repair it. So Vumatel's business model is to grab as many new clients as they can and once you arae a customer their service levels are worse than Telkom.

Interesting response. It is a cut and paste response and repeated twice. Seems like a standard automated reply that goes out so I am not hopeful that they will address this issue

Okay. Now I got a call from Vumatel to advise that the line to parts of Emmarentia are down and that they have been working on it since yesterday. Let's hope they fix it soon.

Day three and still nothing. Got a call yesterday (on day two) from Thandazile to say that she was responding to my HelloPeter review and to say that there was a fibre break in Emmarentia and I was one of those affected. She also advised that the "network owner" who is responsible for the area was personally on site. Additionally that they had already started working on the line on Tuesday (which was the day we reported the fault). They would now need to test the line and she would give me feedback on this. Another day has gone by and no fibre and also no feedback from Thandazile as promised.
