Vumatel has unfair business practice that only benifit them

Infact I don't even give then a star. Every month the is some sort of problem with my service that it slnot working for a few days but we still have to our full subscription. This month we were struggling with payfast their payment portal to change our Banking details. We eventually got it done and our Debit order was successfull. Since Monday we are still suspended even though they have our money. They not will to give us a credit for the days we have no service or refund our subscription nor reconnect our service. All we get is we working on it.
