Vumatel has the worst service, refund needed

Vuma tell has the worst service ever it's been 4 weeks now without fibre to my home but I did make payment, one of their Vodacom consultant provided us with the wrong easy pay number, resulted to the payment not reflecting on my account, spoke to about 10 agents and managers who are unable to assist,they all have no idea what they are doing promised us a refund but still nothing. No refund and no connection absolutely pathetic service provider
