Vumatel has the worst service

I have had 5 missed appointments with Vumatel to install my fibre line from the street box to my house. Their sub contractor is PPI Group. They can not stick to a appointment. I have picked up my paving for them to run the fibre cable. It has been standing like that for a month. Missed appointment after another. Now I am starting to pick up damage. No call backs. So tired of empty promises.
