Vumatel has the WORST customer service........WORST

Vumatel has the WORST customer service ever.. My WIFI has been down for 5 days now. I called Metrofibre who informed me that Vumatel technicians' will be assisting me and they have a logged a ticket with Vumatel technical to attend to my problem. Its been 5 days now and no one from Vumatel has called me or attended to my ticket.. This is not the 1st issue i have with Vumatel, their network is always disrupted and i always struggle to get Vumatel to assist me.
