VUMATEL HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

It has been over 3 weeks and my line has still not been activated!! You email them and log tickets and after 3 weeks I finally got a response from someone saying "line cancelled". No explanation, no customer service, only a screenshot of their system where it says line cancelled. SHOCKING SERVICE!!! Terrible!! Will NEVER EVER use them again. They are the worst when it comes to servicing.
