Vumatel has the worst customer service

Ive been trying to get fibre for the past month theres been a error on my adress that a dev team has to clear no contact numbers for vuma reach just appauling that the only way you can speak to them is through social media. How hard can it be just to clear any orders on my adress so that it can go through on my isp side honestly i canceld my Lte package with another isp so that i can get fibre now vumatel just lets me down
