Vumatel has terrible service, ****s and ****mers

It’s been 5 days without internet, my router is dead and I called them Tuesday morning to log a call. I was told a technician will come through to inspect the problem. I received an email from Vincent Mbele to say he came to inspect and I need to pay however no one came to my house or even get a call to make an appointment.

When I contact vumatel their line rings forever.

The email from Vincent Mbele reads as below:

Unscheduled Visit Dear Millicent Thabethe,

We would like to inform you that we have dispatched a technician to attend to your problem with Ticket ref ***4

During this visit, the technician may not necessarily require access to your residence, as it is possible that the issue can be resolved from outside your premises.

Rest assured, we will schedule a specific appointment with you in the event that access to your home is needed for a more comprehensive resolution.
