vumatel has terrible customer service

Its been 17 days now since I've paid for fiber. and after I canceled it I'm now getting calls nonstop about installation so this means that the people from Vumatel don't take their customers seriously. I am still waiting for my money and proof of cancelation which I've requested and they have not sent.
