Vumatel has poor service they are also ****mers

I had to write a email to ICASA. My wifi has been off since 5th june 2024. My ISP even escalated the matter to Vuma they still didn't give them feed. I had to Call Vuma my self the agent that I spoke with told me my wifi will be on by 15:00 its 22:25 my wifi is still off. I work with wifi we dont pay wifi for Fun. Anyone thinking of using Vuma please don't go there
