Vumatel has poor service delivery

Vumatel guys came out to my house, only to tell me that they cant fix their only line, becuase only their technician can do it. And the worst part was, that I had to log in the call out again, because they could not do it. So I did do it at 12:15, only to come home now, to no internet and nothing was done. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. I wonder how long will it take to fix the line or for them to come out or if the is a care for the clients
