VUMATEL has no VOOMA - Total incompetence and Total Ripoff

I have been paying for an upgraded line for 50MB for over a year now and am still only receiving 20MB. I have been escalating this problem through my ISP HomeConnect for months now and only get feeble promises. See Ticket Reference S*** and S*** CategorySpeed Issue I have been paying for 50 Mb/s for months now but seldom get over 20 MB/s. This is the Latest SpeedTest.
