VUMATEL has no value for its clients!!!

If I can rate them -1000 I would. They have complete disrespect for customers and have no value whatsoever for their time. They call me to set up time to come install, they themselves come up with possible times and I chose a slot that is convenient for me so that I can be able to get to work as well after the installation. 1.30 hour later, no one has come and no one has made an effort to update me on whats going on. I had to make that effort to contact them and find out whats going on, only to be told the installer was double booked for the same time. all I got was a "sorry mam". as if the sorry can bring back my lost time. I am even worried that if they can treat me like this at inseption, what will be the rest of the agreement be like. If I had a choice honestly I would find another provider and get my refund ASAP. so very disappointed.
