Vumatel has no service
No interest in repairing my line, consultant says they doing maintenance is the new excuse for lack of service. Maintenance was 6 days and ended on Monday. We only 3 in the area with no internet! Terrible service, fibre is unreliable and I will go back to rain. Fast and reliable

07 Aug 2025, 11:28Because I pushed try finally sent the guy that actually caused my line to go down. Took 2 seconds for him to rectify what he did. The 48hr to respond is actually ridiculous and I would suggest the policy should be re looked. Your technician plugged my line into a dead line just to get my neighbor back on. Caused me to lose 3 days of income.
