Vumatel has horrible Service - no one is returning my calls!!!

My internet has been off for a week now. I am a new customer with Vumatel. The LOS light is on. Everytime I call, I get told someone is going to call me back but no one has. The first time I reported it the person forgot to even log a call.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn't have to wait so long for service, the main reason I went from telkom to fiber is for service, but I am not getting anything at all, not even the courtesy of being called back. If you don't want me as a customer then let me know an I will cancel the contract with you guys for non-service and go back to ADSL - at least I will know what I get.

Also we are in a complex and my neighbour can't even get his router installed from you guys after 3 weeks! I'm so not recommending your service to anyone, in fact if I don't get it resolved by tomorrow afternoon you can expect me to cancel my subscription.

Please now can someone phone me or contact me and come and sort this out ASAP. I'm tired of calling for service.
