Vumatel has failed to repair driveway and pavement

Vumatel dug up my driveway and pavement in Fifth Street Parkhurst three weeks ago . Since then they have failed to tar the driveway - it is now sagging. I have a reference number 64738. The call centre has failed to escalate the call. They cannot put me through to the project manager or head office. All I am asking for is a courteous call and let me know if they are going to repair the job.
