Vumatel has come through for me and I am SUPER PLEASED... amazing service...

So quite a while ago i vented on hellopeter regarding an ad and issues i had with free installation etc. However i was contacted by the salesman was dealing last week, who apologised profusely and got the ball rolling, i now have my Fibre installation, brilliant installation their techies are amazing, the calls from the staff besides the salesman .... brilliant, friendly and professional. I am amazed at what can be achieved if you do NOT accept terrible service... I am now an absolute Vumatel fan.... thank you guys... oh and i see Vumatel did not respond on Hellopeter but i got the fantastic service anyway..... thank you Hellopeter for giving a channel to vent.... it works...
