Vumatel has abysmal service.

Vumatels service is utterly abysmal.

My line has now been down for 120 hours, so five full days. They have been unable to provide me a reason as to why, tried to lie that it is part of a "network incident".

Eventually after having to angry with the ISP Afrihost, on day 4 four, two technician's showed up. Spent maybe 5 minutes by the wallbox told me there was a fibre break 1km away and that they were going to fix it and that was the last we saw of them.

There has been zero communication since then and still no internet.

If you can get a different fibre provider in your area then do it. Don't touch these clowns with a ten foot pole.
