Vumatel - Good and Fast - Good for nothing and Fast asleep!

Vumatel is good and fast - Good for nothing and fast asleep! We paid our account on the 6th of May 2024. On Monday, 13 May, our Viber services stopped as our account was suspended. In 8 days - they couldn't allocate my payment?! No one called to ask why or what as going on or to even give us a heads-up of a possible suspension. I will probably not even get a discount for the days "******" from me. The matter was about R80.00 increase that I was not informed about. Is Vumatel going reimburse for the data I had to buy? I think not! It is **** like this that makes me more and more grateful for emigrating to New Zealand.
