Vumatel - Getting nowhere

Vumatel is pathetic, they were very quick to debit my banking account and take my money. However after they installed the fiber line on the 1st of April, a month later I am still not connected. I thought going fibre would be better as I work from home. Worst mistake I could have ever made. I am having to use my cellphone so have to buy additional data to keep working. I am honestly so disappointed. I went through Afrihost as my service provider but no one there can ever get in touch with anyone at Vumatel, every time I call Afrihost which at least 3times a day to get feedback I get told that they have had no repose from Vumatel and have escalated my ticket logged... On top of that they cracked one of my ceiling boards when installing the Fibre, another experience accrued to me, I did report it but they have not bothered to come and fix the damage done :-(
