VUMATEL FULL OF *********** PEOPLE JUST WANT THE SALE

i have contacted vumatel for fibre couple days ago, a lady then called me on my cell from a cell number by the name of Hlehle, she confirmed all my details then tells me to pay via easy pay and then they can proceed with the rest, i then asked her when will my fibre be installed she said 20th or 21st and she promised me, i there after receive an sms saying installation to be done at 20th but i waited the whole morning and no phone call so then i chatted to someone from webafrica on whatsapp and they say its 30th and not 20th so where is the communication to me to tell me they are delayed??? nothing received so then i go back on whatsapp to contact that lady she ignores all my messages and says she doesnt know what the mistake was and she works in the sales department and is not an installer???, thats not my problem!!!! i made arrangements to have my property opened but vumatel lies and apparently they services are the worst
