Vumatel Frustrations

I am very frustrated about the service that Vumatel provided me. Due to work that needs to be done and a security camera of our street that is connected to our WiFi, I am urgently awaiting them to release my line. I have been waiting for more than a week and there is no way to contact them for feedback. Their contact number is unavailable and my email has been blocked. How does one solve a problem if there can be no form of communication?

I saw many more reviews on their website and they are all similar. Not impressed.
