Vumatel/ flycool ,owen and staff has no respect

You know,I had such rude vumatel/ flycool ppl on my phone yesterday that I got so upset of how they were talking to me asif I am getting a free service from her and Owen,they didn't let me get a word in on the phone they just kept telling me in as much as I'm asking can I have a second to explain coz I am confused, but just nothing and when I scream give me a f&@^#% chance to explain my side,then they told me you dnt talk to us like that and put the phone down in my ear...they have no respect think on must just take their rudnes telling me ...I need a manager who is in charge to call me please ..they discussing me on the phone asif I wasn't on the line like I am a nothing,asif I am there fool
