Vumatel fix my package or give my money back

Vumatel is not only unreliable they do not work well with there partners such as afrihost. I have phoned in to both companies for 6 days straight now and no one has been able to assist in reinstating my current account. This is just another means of taking people's money and then making it difficult for their clients to get there fibre back. No measures have been taken to assist in the matter and Vumatel now owes me money as it's been 2 weeks without WiFi.
