VUMATEL FIBRE & WEBAFRICA HORRIBLE SERVICE

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!! WEBAFRICA keeps informing me that the problem is with Vumatel fibre that have not activated my services yet and it will be sorted out RIGHT NOW. This never happens!! We opened our account on 24 March 2022 already and have been stuck without fibre for more than a week now!!!! NO FEEDBACK has been given from either Vumatel or Webafrica, totally UNACCEPTABLE AND RIDICULOUS!! So dissapointed!
