Vumatel Fibre terrible service!

I have been getting 2mbps download speed now for months and have been calling a logging this a couple of times on *** and all the "superstars"- which they call themselves are unable to assist me after I wait on that annoying line for 30min per call. My first fault that I logged, no one called me or came out they just closed it. I am extremely unhappy with the fact that this is not been dealt with.
