Vumatel Fibre Review – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I ordered and paid for a 40Mbps uncapped fibre package from Vumatel on 7 March, and I was told the installation would be completed by 10 March. This already didn’t make sense to me because my place is fibre-ready – no installation should be necessary. But I waited.

When I checked the status of my order, I was hit with a vague and frustrating message: “An error occurred.” No explanation, no follow-up.

I tried calling, I sent multiple emails, and yet I received no proper response. It turns out they don’t even seem to have any actual offices you can go to. Just an online presence and absolutely no accountability.

It’s now been weeks, and I still have no service and no refund. I paid for something I never received, and their support is nonexistent. At this point, I just want my money back. This whole experience has been a complete waste of time.

Honestly, this is unacceptable. Avoid Vumatel if you value your money and your sanity!! This is not how a service provider should operate.
