Vumatel Fibre rate increase unacceptable

Just received notification that Vumatel will be increasing their monthly Fibre rates with more than 200% as from 1 July 2021. This is unbelievable and we are held to ransom because they are the only Fibre provider in our area. Why is ICASA allowing Vumatel to monoplise the fibre infrastructure market. Vumatel is abusing its dominance and the regulator is sitting with arms folded and the consumer suffers again.
