Vumatel: Fibre provider from Hell.

So, these guys rock up in our neighbourhood last year and literally destroys nearly everything in our path.

I drove past burst water pipes and we were without electricity for days/weeks thanks to their carelessness. Months later the construction was halted and things went back to normal.

But, this complaint is with regards to the damage to my vehicle and their reluctance to take responsibility and repair it.

I submitted a detailed report to Vumatel to inform them that their construction worker had chipped a piece of stone off a rock and cracked my windscreen. Promises were made and nobody bothered to follow up. It's been months since.

If you tell lies about repairing damage, what else do you lie about?
