VUMATEL FIBRE INSTALLATION UNSUCCESSFULL AND DISSAPONITED

Currently moved into a new place. Contacted vumatel to bring a Fibre line into our complex which the line is currently outside our complex. Vumatel contacted the home association and asked for a petition to be signed which was done. They then sent out a contractor to do a quote in order to bring the line in. Then a lady by the name of Agatha Amanda took over the installation process and over the past 4 to 6 weeks she has been giving us up hill by avoiding calls and WhatsApp messages. She has all the details from Body cooperation to go ahead but does not respond. Very disappointed at Vumatel and unfortunately th3 area we in is fully covered by Vumatel. We then also tried WEB Africa which is a service provider for Vumatel and they also failed. Can not even get hold of Vumatel. The number does not work from the internet. Extremely disappointed in this. And I would not recommend anyone to use this service
