Got home from work on the 25/01/2018 and your fibre contractors burst the water pipe feeding the house under my driveway. Then removing almost half my paving in front leaving me unable to park and garage cars.This left us without water till 22:30 having to bath kids in bottled drinking water.Cars have been parking outside in road since then violating insurance policy.With with any visitors being unable to park as well.Followed up on the 26th and was told sorry...............

Property is still in same state , can they not restore my driveway at least to allow to park or at least some kind of compensation since i am a pre-order listed customer as well which is making me think that i am setting myself up for bad service as this is my experience with the installation thus far.

Vumatel contractors have since repaired my property .The Area manager has been very good on feedback and response and has greatly restored my faith in the work done.
