Vumatel Fibre installation

Fibre installation. In August 2020, I requested installation to be done in my dining room..Installation guys arrived, said it can't be done as they need to work through the ceiling.. They then suggested to install in the.lounge..I enquired whether the signal will reach all rooms, which they assured me that it would.. .. We could only check connection a few hours later because we only got the log in details after they left.. It was then that we discovered we can't get signal in all the rooms.. Logged a complaint with Vumatel.. They then sent another 2 guys out to move the router to where I initially requested at a cost of R700. How is it possible for the 2nd set of guys to install it where we originally asked, but the first lot couldn't.. I requested a refund of the R700 which they now refuse
